Our goal is to provide high-quality new or completely remodeled homes at below market prices. You can pick up from availalbe projects nearing completion or can select a lot from a list of our inventory and a model to build on it, and we'll have your home built normally within 6 to 12 months. Buyer are normally required to open escrow with at leat 5% downpayment upfront and demonstrate ability to obtain loan to close the purchase.
